Indiana Cyber Network
Recruiting, Educating, and Training for a Cyber-Safe Indiana
How We Do It
The Indiana Cyber Network trains, mentors, and develops student apprentices to become cybersecurity professionals.
Utilizing our team of apprentices, we provide cybersecurity consulting and services across Indiana for small business and organizations at an affordable cost.
By preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, we empower Hoosiers to secure their data and systems.
What We Are
The Indiana Cyber Network (ICN) is a nonprofit organization, specializing in cyber threat intelligence and information security consulting and services.
Our mission is to help your organization be safe from digital attacks.

Why Do We Need Cybersecurity?
Simply put: Data and digital systems are valuable to control. Cyber attackers aim to hijack that control for personal or organizational goals.
Every year, cyber attacks are becoming more advanced and frequent — Not only targeting sensitive data, but critical infrastructure systems that our society relies upon.
According to the Government Accountability Office:
“Risks to IT systems are increasing — in particular, malicious actors are becoming more willing and capable of carrying out cyberattacks.”
More than ever before, cyber crime has had a detrimental impact on the Hoosier State.
From student databases to rural wastewater systems, Hoosier’s have been the victim of significant cyber attacks.
This unfortunate trend is worsening. Shown by the record high of complaints were filed for cyber attacks and incidents in 2024 — The worst increase ever recorded for the state.
